I said it then to Cory and I’ll say it again. I could not be happier than I am right now. Long story short, it wasn’t uncommon for my AC to run from 2 p.m. until around 1 a.m. consistently during the summer and it wouldn’t keep up with the temperature I had it set to (72) and would get as high as 77 or 78 during the day. Since Cory, Gilbert, and Brayden worked on my AC, for one, they didn’t just simply say it was low on freon nor did they say I just need a new unit. They as an amazing team diagnosed the issue and found the parts that were needed to fix it. So for two, since they have done that, my AC is keeping up with 72 (even during the last couple of weeks where we’ve been consistently above 100 degrees) and, as expected, my electric bill is back to where it should be. Cory, Gilbert, and Brayden, I cannot be more happy and thankful for the work you did at my home. Thank you so much and you’ve got a long-time customer with me! 😊

Its the way customer service used to be and should be. They did their best to salvage my old unit before trying to sell me a new one. When it was determined the old one was done they took the time to sit down with me and discuss options for the replacement.
